Big size apartment A big size apartment with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 toilet , afull size kitchen. Well maintained and clean, the bathrooms fitted with jacuzzi bathtub. A nice neighborhood quiet with nice cold wind all day long.

Best Hotel in the Capital Tunis I have stayed in most hotels of the capital last few years and I am so blown away by The Penthouse . The location is great near hundreds of retaurants and cafes , few mins from 4 big supermarkets and only 10 mns from downtown . The staff are the... amazing I have ever met , starting from the security to the bellboy , the very professional receptionists( jamel and his colleagues ) , the housekeepers and their manager Insaf who try their best to keep the suite spotless clean and the waiters at the reataurant .... it is just an amazing place with best services and best personnel u can ever find in Tunis. Bravo the management of this place for employing such skilled and hard working people and building such a beautiful property where luxury is in every detail.

Penthouse Suites I stayed for one night, the gentleman at the reception upgraded my room from a standard room to a suite, it was a very nice surprise, the suite is very big with a complete kitchen and it’s amenities, a huge tv screen in the living room and a main... m with it’s tv screen too, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite and hospital, the location is near a busy market with plenty of good restaurants and cafes.

Minor errors that can be fixed This Apartment hotel was a new experience for me in Tunis , the place claims it’s a five star hotel while it’s not , but to be honest , let’s start with

I was in a 3 bedroom apartment, dinning table, 2 master bathrooms with Jacuzzis ( not working properly)
2 large seating areas
Flat TV in every room + one in living area
Dinning table
Large kitchen with everything thing available except cookware, cups

Huge problems
WiFi Very bad and always disconnects
No hot water , they have a huge problem
No sound proof , can hear next door

Food
Only one restaurant, very slow , not much options

Decent but hardly 5 stars I stayed here for one night in August and got a nice welcome from Ismail at the front desk. I negotiated an upgrade with his boss on the phone who allowed it as I have Genius status on Booking. I visited a standard room which was quite nice and... ous (34m2) then went to my 2 room suite with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a big bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and huge kitchen plus an unfurnished terrace.

There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room.

There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes.

I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children.

I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly.

I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water.

A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.

Very nice apart hotel with big rooms and friendly staff This hotel was a very good discovery for us. The "rooms" are apartments, ours had a 2 person bedroom and a 1 person bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and a living room area. There was also a huge terrace with furniture.
The apartment was very... ble, with good air conditioning, and well insulated. We didnt have any noise from neighbours or traffic at all. Bed was nice, internet was fast. Breakfast buffet was good. All you needed.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful (not often the case in Tunisia)!

Some points of criticism (no deal breakers for us): there are not many chairs on the swimming pool to lay down on, there is no cooking equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, plates, pans,...).
You should also know that there is no alcohol in the hotel (as this is located in a residential area of Tunis).
