Apartment
I was in a 3 bedroom apartment, dinning table, 2 master bathrooms with Jacuzzis ( not working properly)
2 large seating areas
Flat TV in every room + one in living area

Large kitchen with everything thing available except cookware, cups

WiFi Very bad and always disconnects
No hot water , they have a huge problem
No sound proof , can hear next door

Only one restaurant, very slow , not much options

Nice staff, clean suit, good breakfast
The suite was perfect and very spacious. The facilities, restaurant, etc. were great.
There were two single beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other one, both with TV screens on the wall. There were comfortable couches and a large screen TV in the living room.
There was a washing machine in the kitchen which could be useful for long stays but there were practically no utensils or dishes.
I had a look at the swimming pool which wasn't suitable for swimming lengths as it wasn't very big and the shallow end was roped off for children.
I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included in the price so later on I ordered some strawberry juice (no oranges in Tunisia in the summer!), a cheese omelette and a plate of fruit from room service which arrived quickly.
I went to take a shower in the fancy jacuzzi bathtub. There were no shower caps in the bathroom and housekeeping didn't have any either but the worst thing was that there was no hot water.
A friendly lady came over to say goodbye to me as I left which was nice but I wouldn't stay here again unless I was sure they had hot water.
2 of us stayed for 11 days and extra 2 persons for 4... ys.
Reception
The Reception desk of Johar and Mehdi were very helpful and accommodating. Our greatest appreciation to them. We attach a photo with Johar and Mohamed – Duty Manager who gave a tour of the meeting facilities and Suites available for our next trip to Tunis.
Dining Room
There has been a great improvement in the Dininig Room Service. We would put it down solely to the leadership of Chadly. We had some issues last year in the Dining Room service but this year it was excellent. He was on hand and know exactly what we required and service was very quick. Even with a football team in attendance, the service was excellent. Our appreciation to Mr Chadly. A photo is attached with him.

Daily housekeeping and cleaning – done to excellent standard
Finally our thanks to the Management for ensuring the standard of service in the Hotel
The apartment was very... ble, with good air conditioning, and well insulated. We didnt have any noise from neighbours or traffic at all. Bed was nice, internet was fast. Breakfast buffet was good. All you needed.
The staff was very very friendly and helpful (not often the case in Tunisia)!
Some points of criticism (no deal breakers for us): there are not many chairs on the swimming pool to lay down on, there is no cooking equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, plates, pans,...).
You should also know that there is no alcohol in the hotel (as this is located in a residential area of Tunis).
